Silent Auctions
Silent Auctions can be one of the most profitable fundraisers, but they take a lot of planning, volunteers and hard work. I have worked many school auctions and even chaired a couple and I am going to try to share as much information about them as I can based on my experiences and observation.
Silent Auctions can be lavish, elaborate events or a simple table at a school fair. Generally, the bigger and more lavish they are, the more money is raised. I believe the key is to know your community and what they will support.
